That place that I can’t refer to by name
At the moment, legal struggles have broken out over whether the name of the daily paper in Olympia should be allowed to refer to itself as the “Olympian.” The committee thinks that this “tends to cause confusion or mistake, to deceive, and to falsely suggest a connection.” Furthermore, this similarity threatens the committee’s “relationships with its licensees, its partners and its sponsors, and thereby, its main source of revenue to support U.S. atheletes.”
So say the lawyers.
