All of our paddlesports courses are built around expert instruction and a coaching model that emphasizes clear steps in skill development. Because class size is limited, our individualized instruction will allow you to progress at a pace that works for you. All of our instructors are highly experienced kayakers who have been through instructor training and certification programs in the past. What we have done here at Azimuth Expeditions is take the best that those other programs have to offer and, along with the knowledge we've gained from years of experience here in the Pacific Northwest, we've combined it all to make the best paddlesports instruction program available anywhere. 

In addition to our scheduled classes, we specialize in custom courses. If there are specific skills you are looking to develop, or if there are scheduling issues that make it difficult for you to attend one of our scheduled courses, give us a call. We'll work with you to set up a custom class that really meets your needs.
